The lovely couple first met each other on a beach. Both of them were on a separate vacation. After Scott met Sabrina, he asked her to play volleyball with him, but she denied. Later that day in evening, they again met & slowly started their friendship and started dating after some time. It was the love at first sight for Scott.

He was inspired to be an property investor and entrepreneur while doing a school project about income properties developed into a business model.

At the age of 21, he took a student loans with which he purchased and renovated his first rental property. With the help of student loan he owned 5 rental properties at the age of 23. In 2004, he became a licensed contractor. As of now, he owns hundreds of income properties across the United States and Canada.
